1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• If you use Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2) Accounts & security

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3) Services scope

Girvi.in may provide informational guidance, onboarding support, documentation coordination, partner workflow tools, and communication support. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

• We are not a bank or NBFC unless explicitly stated.
• Final approval, pricing, and decisions (where relevant) are made by relevant lenders/partners.

4) User responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the platform.
• Misrepresent your identity, eligibility, or documents.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Services without written permission.

5) User content & submissions

• You are responsible for any content you submit (documents, details, messages).
• You grant us a limited right to use submitted content only to provide and improve the Services.
• Do not submit content you do not have rights to share.

6) Payments, fees & refunds

Some features may be paid. If applicable, fees, billing cycles, and refund terms will be shown at the time of purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once service has been delivered/initiated.

7) Privacy

8) Third-party services & links

The Services may integrate or link to third-party websites/services. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their policies, content, or actions. Use them at your own discretion.

9) Intellectual property

• All platform UI, branding, and code are owned by Girvi.in or its licensors.
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

10) Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that outcomes (approvals, rates, timelines) will meet expectations.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Girvi.in will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits/data, arising from use of the Services.

12) Suspension & termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is misuse, security risk, or legal non-compliance.
• You may stop using the Services at any time.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts in India (choose your city/state if you want to specify).
